Baby Quinoa Patties Recipe

The bean loved these quinoa patties so much! This recipe makes 12 patties so she ate them throughout the week in various ways. We gave them to her with whole milk Greek yogurt, mashed them with a banana one time, added mashed avocado on top, they are versatile! Watch how I made these on TikTok or follow the recipe below!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, bread crumbs, and eggs. Let mixture sit for a few minutes to absorb the liquid. The batter should be moist but not runny.
  3. Blend or chop up broccoli and add to mixture along with the garlic.
  4. Use a 1/4 cup to form patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. This recipe makes 12 patties.
  5. Bake in oven for about 8-12 minutes flipping halfway through.
